POLICY.

1. Playing without an account

You do not need to create a player account or provide your name or email to play. Progress, stars, best times, settings, and some identifiers are saved locally. The app uses a generated installation identifier and separate session, campaign, and match identifiers for gameplay reporting. These are pseudonymous identifiers, not a promise of anonymous data.

2. Information we process

• Gameplay and analytics: app starts, play time, opponents, circuit and mode, attempts, match duration, damage and knockdowns, pauses, wins, losses, quits, restarts, and interrupted sessions. Firebase/Google Analytics may also process app-instance identifiers, device and operating-system information, app version, interaction events, and approximate geographic information.
• Global opponent records: Firebase creates an anonymous authentication identifier without a sign-in form. We store match receipts with that identifier, a match ID, opponent, mode, outcome, and timestamp to prevent duplicate counts. Public records show aggregate opponent wins and losses, separately for normal and Beast Mode, rather than a named player profile.
• Advertising: Google AdMob and its advertising partners may process IP addresses, approximate location, device or advertising identifiers where permitted, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic/performance data. Processing depends on platform permissions, region, and consent choices.
• Purchases: Apple processes iOS payments. The app checks verified transaction and entitlement information to enable or restore Remove Ads. We do not receive your full payment card details. Android purchases are not available in the current preview.
• Support: if you email us, we receive your email address, message, and anything you choose to attach.
• Website requests: Firebase Hosting processes information such as IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and secure this site. This website does not add analytics trackers, advertising scripts, or third-party video embeds. Its media and font are hosted with the site.

3. Why we use information

We use information to operate the game, save local progress, maintain global opponent totals, understand difficulty and play patterns, fix problems, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, deliver ads, honor purchases, and answer support requests. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing is based on providing the service, our legitimate interests in operating and improving it, legal obligations, or consent where required.

4. Services and sharing

We use Google Firebase (Analytics, Authentication, Firestore and Hosting), Google AdMob, and Apple’s purchase services. These providers process information under their terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell player contact information. Advertising-related disclosures or processing may qualify as “sharing,” “sale,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Use the available advertising consent controls or contact us to exercise applicable rights. Removing ads does not disable gameplay analytics or global records.

5. Your choices and requests

Privacy Options appears on Home when Google’s consent system requires it. You can revisit applicable advertising choices there and use your device’s privacy controls. The current game does not provide a separate switch for gameplay analytics. An iOS Remove Ads purchase disables interstitial advertising, not the other data processing described here.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available in your region by emailing brad@77creative.io. Depending on your location, rights may include portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, and opting out of targeted advertising or sale/sharing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

We may need information to locate your records and verify a request. Because there is no named player account, an email address alone may not identify gameplay records. We will explain any identification limits. Do not send passwords or card details. Clear Game resets local campaign progress, but does not delete past analytics, server receipts, or your store purchase. Removing the app may remove local saves but does not itself erase data already transmitted.

6. Retention and security

We retain data as needed to operate the service, analyze gameplay, handle support, prevent duplicate records and abuse, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies by data type and provider settings; we do not promise a single deletion period for all data. Aggregate statistics may remain after individual records are deleted. We use service access controls and encrypted connections, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

7. International processing

We are based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, providers use safeguards for international data transfers; their privacy information describes these arrangements.

8. Children

The game is a general-audience arcade game, not a service designed to collect information from children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit children’s personal information. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the game or its services change. The effective date above indicates the latest revision. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.
